Lachesis 1M is the best Homoeopathic medicine for high blood pressure during menopause. Lachesis may be given when there is marked restlessness physically as well as mentally. Dosage: 2 drops directly on the tongue once a month.

Mother Tincture Combination

Rauwolfia Serpentina Q is a safe and effective treatment for Hypertension or high blood pressure. 

Passiflora Inc Q is effective in relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. 

Crataegus Oxyacantha is used for diseases of the heart and blood vessels such as congestive heart failure (CHF) and high blood pressure.
