Inspecting Your Delivery
Please take a moment to inspect your package before accepting delivery. Should you discover any damage after accepting the package, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Easy Return and Refund Process

To process your return, ensure that the product is in its original packaging, with all tags and invoices intact. We'll guide you through the process, and if eligible, arrange for a pick-up service within India.
Shipping Information for International Orders
For our international customers, we accept payments in US dollars. We take extra precautions to ensure your order is well-packaged and all necessary documentation is in place. You'll receive dispatch details within 3-5 days of placing your order. Please note that customs procedures may vary, and while we assist with all export-related documentation, coordination with local authorities may be required in case of hold-ups. Any customs duties or additional documentation required will be the responsibility of the customer.
Handling Rejects and Damage Claims
We aim to deliver your order in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, we will work diligently to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. However, please note that no claims or refunds will be entertained in cases where customs authorities reject the parcel.
Delivery Turnaround Time (TAT)
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be influenced by customs procedures or peak season backlogs. Customers are responsible for managing any additional formalities required by their country.
Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, refunds will be processed once we receive the goods in their original condition. Please note that shipping and platform charges will be deducted from the refund. You can generate the return label to our address provided on our contact us page.
