Eupatorium Perfoliatum 30 remedy relieves body aches associated with flu and severe colds.

Aconite Nap 30 is commonly indicated for colds and painful sore throats especially right at the beginning of the complaint.

Allium Cepa 30 remedy relieves lingering symptoms (cough, nasal congestion) after a severe cold or flu.

Rhus Tox 30 is indicated for patients with flu accompanied by body pain.   

Gelsemium Semp 30 helps relieve flu-like symptoms with headaches at the back of the head, trouble focusing with the eyes, trembling, chills, and general weakness.

Dosage: Mix an equal combination of all the above 5 medicines and in 30 number homeopathic globules/pills. Take 6 pills every 1 hour till fever gets reduced and then reduce dosage to 4 times a day.

Mother Tincture Combination

China Off Q is a homeopathic remedy that is prepared from the dried bark of the Cinchona Officinalis and is mainly indicated for patients with fever and cold.

Eupatorium Perfoliatum Q remedy relieves body aches associated with flu and severe colds.

Ocimum Sanctum Q is prepared from Tulsi/ Holy Basil leaves and is very effective in complaints of cold and cough with fever complaints. It helps in relieving cough, sore throat complaints.

Baptisia Tinctoria Q is also an effective remedy for the symptoms associated with flu such as cold, cough and fever.

Dosage: Mix an equal combination of all the above 4 medicines in a bottle. 15- 20 drops in 1/4 cup of water (warm water preferred) 3 times a day. (Morning-Afternoon-Evening). In case of high fever take medicine after every one hour. In case of low fever take medicine 3- 4 times a day.

Preventive Medicine

Influenzinum 1m is indicated as a precautionary medicine for the possibility of fever. Dosage: 1 drop directly on the tongue every week for kids. 2 drops directly on the tongue for adults every week.
