1. Thuja 1M, 2 drops in morning.  Thuja is an effective anti-sycotic medicine. Fatty tumors, ganglion, eye tumors (styes, tarsal tumors), breast tumors, uterine tumors, polyps (of ears, vocal cords, uterus) all are within the range of treatment.  Individuals requiring Thuja have a hydrogenoid (excessive water/fluid in the body) constitution.
2. Calcarea fluorica 6x, 6 tabs 3 times a day. Calcarea fluorica is an excellent medicine for pain in hand and fingers which occur due to ganglion cyst, especially when the ganglion is formed on back of wrist. It is very effective as a Ganglion cyst pain relief medicine when the ganglion is causing a nerve compression. It can ease out the pain

Ruta Grav 30 - dose twice daily. It is a very beneficial medicine for dissolving ganglion cyst. There is pain and stiffness in wrists and hands and Ganglion cyst may be stony hard. Dr Vikas Sharma says 'In cases needing Ruta the cyst may be present on the wrist, hand or finger. The ganglion tend to interfere with joint movement of wrist. Pain in the hand and wrist may also arise where Ruta is indicated. In some cases numbness in the hands may be present with above symptoms. The numbness and tingling in the hands when present tends to appear after exercise most of the times. A history of injury to tendon or joint may be found in cases that require Ruta'

Benzoic acid 30 - dose twice daily. The remedy Benzoic Acid is derived from benzoicum acidum which is obtained by sublimation from gum benzoin or from some aromatic hydrocarbons. This medicine acts well on the limbs to treat certain complaints. First, it treats ganglion which is a round lump filled with jelly-like fluid that commonly develops on the back of the wrist. Benzoic Acid proves to be highly effective to dissolve ganglion of the wrist.
