Phosphorus 200 - Glaucoma when the optic nerve is damaged (atrophied), tiredness of eyes all the time, vision is blurred and the patient feels that every object is under the cover of dust when he or she looks at it. Halos around light is also an important symptom. Another key symptom is the slightly improved vision by shading the eyes with hands. Phosphorus helps in improving the eyesight and the fatigue of eyes.

Comocladia 30 - Glaucoma with pain, patient experience a fullness sensation in eyes. The eyes feel very enlarged. The eye pain gets worse by warmth and such a person feels relief in pain and eye fullness in open air. Motion of eyes aggravates symptoms. Ciliary neuralgia with eyes feeling large and protruded, especially right. Worse near stove. Feels as if pressed outward. Sees only glimmer of light with left eye.

Belladonna 200 for acute symptoms like sudden increase in dimness of vision, the eyes appear red with severe pain in eyes and head. Pain is of numbing type, Nausea and vomiting may also occur.

Osmium 30 improves dim vision. The intraocular pressure is raised in persons needing Osmium. Patient observes various changeable colours of an object when looked at from different angles like a rainbow (iridescent vision). The patient may also have intolerance to light.

Physostigma 30 - effective remedy following injury, dim vision, blurring of vision or partial blindness. Eye pain is usually worse after using the eyes. Patients of Glaucoma with myopic condition also respond well to this homeopathic medicine.   

Spigelia 30 - Severe headache on the left side. The pains are sharp and stabbing through the eye and head, worse on motion and at night.

Colocynthis 200 -  pain in the eye balls before glaucoma has set in. Sensation as if the eye balls would fall out. When the pain travels to the head and is better by pressure. It acts as a good palliative

Prunus Spinosa  30 - ideal remedy for sudden pain in right eye as a result of Glaucoma. Prunus Spinosa works mainly for right eye pain. Pain in eye is so acute and violent that it results in a bursting sensation in the eyeball.

Cedron 30 - action centred on the left eye of a Glaucoma patient as opposed to Prunus in the right. Cedron is the ideal  remedy for severe, violent pain in the eye, especially left eye. The onset of pain may show certain periodicity in its occurrence. The pain may show radiation to the nose.

Gelsemium 200 is also a very effective remedy for glaucoma .There is dilatation of pupils, disturbed accommodation , pain in the eyes, with or without lachrymation .

Conium Mac 200- Sensation of pressure in the eyes when reading , writing or doing any fine work

Eserinum 6X- It is considered a good remedy for glaucoma . There is dilatation of pupils with hardening of eye balls.

Note: above medicines are available in 2-dram medicated globules or 30 ml dilutions  sealed unit. 

Dosage: (Pills) Adult and children 2 years of age and older: Dissolve 4 pills under the tongue 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a physician.
