Fraxinus Americana Q is a natural homeopathic medicine for treating fibroid where excessive bearing down sensations accompany the menstrual flow. It is invariably useful in many conditions like fibroid, Adenomyosis, Prolapse. This mother tincture medicine is also effective if cramps in feet accompany the menstrual bleeding. Dosage: 15-20 drops in ¼ cup of water 3 times a day. (Morning-Afternoon-Evening)

Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris Q (for Heavy bleeding only) This mother tincture medicine is another natural homeopathic medicine for treating fibroid uterus. This medicine can be prescribed in the cases wherein the menses appear very frequently, and at short intervals. Severe cramping pain in uterus and back during menses can also be treated with this medicine.

Dosage: Mix Fraxinus Americana mother tincture and Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris mother tincture in equal combination in an empty bottle. 15-20 drops in ¼ cup of water 3 times a day. (Morning-Afternoon-Evening)

Aurum Muriaticum Natronatum 3X is used in the treatment of cases of fibroid and is also called as a uterine tonic. Dosage: 4 pills 3 times a day. (Morning-Afternoon-Evening)

Thuja Occ 200 is a very useful medicine in treating pressure symptoms on the urinary bladder due to fibroid and patients who mainly complain of difficulty in emptying the whole bladder at one time and have to urinate five to six times for attaining a satisfactorily empty bladder. 2 drops directly on the tongue 2 times a day. (Morning -Evening)

Note: Take Fraxinus Americana mother tincture, Aurum Muriaticum Natronatum 3X and Thuja Occ 200 regularly for 6- 12 months until the symptoms of uterine fibroids disappear.
