Aconitum Napellus 30- for the initial stage of measles when catarrhal (congestion) symptoms appear. The patient demands water at night and is chilly and restless. Measles usually begins like a common cold after a 7 to 14-day incubation period, with sinus congestion, a runny nose, a cough, and red, irritated eyes

Belladonna 30- Following Aconite this remedy should be given. There is a sore throat, headache, cough, and swollen face. Belladonna is useful in inflammatory conditions of the throat with redness which appears during the initial stages of measles 

Bryonia Alb 3X- It is an excellent remedy for measles. It aborts the diseases and cuts short its course. It prevents lung complications, which can commonly occur. Measles can commonly cause an infection in the lungs (pneumonia) which may cause shortness of breath. a sharp chest pain that feels worse with breathing

Camphora 1X (Q) - If the skin eruption does not appear or is deficient in appearance this medicine should be given. The rash is made up of small red spots, some of which are slightly raised. They appear about 2-4 days later after initial symptoms and can be seen on the face at the hairline and spread downward to the neck, trunk, arms, legs, and feet 

Cuprum Aceticum 30- When there are convulsions during the disease. Febrile (fever-induced) convulsion appear during measles which in serious cases is induced by encephalitis (swelling of the brain)

Hydrastis Can 30- for weakness remaining after measles

Kali Bichromicum 30- Measles complicated with respiratory troubles. The throat is swollen with pain from the throat to the ears. There may be catarrhal deafness

Natrum Muriaticum 30- Blisters remaining in the mouth after measles is treated

Pulsatilla Nig 30- It is useful in the early stages of diseases with coryza and profuse lachrymation

Merc Sol 30, & Silicea 30- After the fever, the cough remains

Euphrasia 30- Inflammation of the mucous membrane of the eyes and nose. Sneezing with bland discharge from the nose and acrid discharges from the eyes turns measles into a simple form, bringing out the eruptions controlling the fever, and relieving the cough
