About German Kreosotum Mother Tincture

Also called Creosotum & Kurchi. Kreosotum is a mixture of phenols obtained from the distillation of Beechwood Kreosote

It is indicated for hemorrhages, ulcerations, caries of teeth and bones, cancerous affections with the rapid decomposition of fluids and secretions, and severe burning pains. It is also useful in cases of tumors, menstrual disorders in females, gangrene, and troubles of dentition.

Mouth: Redness of lips red with bleeding. Extremely painful dentition which disturbs the sleep of the child. Rapid decay of teeth with crumbly teeth with black discoloration and spongy, bleeding gums. Fetid odor and bitter taste in the mouth.

Stomach: Nausea and vomiting of sweetish water in the morning. The sensation of coldness is like ice water in the stomach. Soreness of the abdomen with painful hard spot and vomiting of blood.

Urine: Foul-smelling offensive urine with violent itching of the vulva and vagina when urinating. Nocturnal enuresis with dreams of urinating.

Female: Violent itching of vulva especially between labia and thighs with burning and swelling of labia. Difficult hearing with buzzing and roaring sounds during menses. Soreness in the external and internal parts of the genitalia with a burning sensation. Yellow, acrid discharges worse between the menses. Bleeding from the vagina after coition. Long-lasting and early appearance of menses. Morning sickness with increased salivation.

Skin: Itching in the skin especially in the evening. Numbness and burning in soles with a tendency to gangrene. The least injuries bleed much. Skin eruptions such as pustules, herpes, and ecchymosis, and eczema.

Modalities: Worse in open air, cold, rest, when lying and after menstruation. Better from warmth, motion, and warm foods.
