Mode of action of individual remedies in Common Cold Treatment Homeopathy Dilution Mixture

1. Aconite Nap 30 remedy relieves high fever of sudden onset, with a hot face and dry skin, especially after exposure to intense cold.
2. Bryonia Alba 30 relieves symptoms of colds, including accumulation of mucus in chest, throat, and nose; cough with expectoration of thick, discolored mucus; runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion.
3. Belladonna 30 is prescribed for common cold when pain in throat occurs along with cold. The pain in the throat gets worse when you swallow anything. The throat is inflamed and dry. There may also bouts of cough, along with a headache. 
4. Rhus Toxicodendron 30 is indicated when a cold begins with stiffness and body aches, especially during cool damp weather or weather changes, and leads to nasal congestion or sore throat.
5. Gelsemium 30 is another effective remedy for common cold when cold is accompanied by headaches. The patient feels dullness, drowsiness and debility. The patient also feels feverish. The other symptoms are sneezing watery nasal discharge.

Dosage: Mix all the above 5 medicines in equal quantity in an empty bottle. Take 4 drops with ¼ cup of water 3-4 times a day. (Morning-Afternoon-Evening-Night)

Kit 2: Dr Kirti Homeopathic Combination for Cold allergy

Dr Kirti Vikram recommends a set of 4 dilutions for people suffering cold allergy symptoms.
