Arsenic Iodatum 30:  Inflammation of lungs . Sarcoidosis in the lungs is called pulmonary sarcoidosis and can lead to permanent scarring. It causes small lumps of inflammatory cells in the lungs. Symptoms: Chronic bronchitis. Broncho-pneumonia. Short of breath, air hunger. Dry cough with difficult expectoration. Expectoration yellow-green and foul.   Enlarged scrofulous glands.  Fever. Weak heart. Pulse rapid and irritable.

Beryllium Metallicum 30:  Inflammation of trachea and lungs. Enlarged lymph nodes at the place where the lungs meet the heart or next to the sides of the windpipe (trachea) is seen. Symptoms: Bronchitis. Pulmonary sarcoidosis. Respiration painful, worse by movement. Blood streaked sputum. Slight fever with gradual weight lose. Tendency to skin tumors.

Pulsatilla Nigricans 30:  Pulsatilla patients are mild, emotional and tearful. Changeable moods. Weeps easily. Desires company. Difficulty in breathing. Shortness of breath, worse lying on left side. Dry cough in evening and night, must sit up in bed to get relief. Expectoration bland, yellow greenish. Joints red and swollen. Pain shifting rapidly.

Rhus Toxicodendron 200: Hot painful swelling of joints, worse after rest, better from movement. Red , swollen , itching eruptions on the skin. Dry , teasing cough. Red colored sputum. Some Sarcoidosis patients may develop sudden onset pain and swelling in the joints, most often at the ankles. At the same time, they may develop painful red or purple bumps at the shins.

Tuberculinum 1M:  Intercurrent remedy.  Fever with profuse sweat. Difficulty in breathing. Pneumonia. Thick yellow or yellowish green sputum. Sensation of suffocation.
