LM Potency Dosage (General Method)

1. Take a clean 120–180 ml glass bottle and fill ¾ with water

2. Add 1–2 globules of the selected LM potency (often starting with 0/1)

3. Succuss (shake) the bottle 1–12 times before each dose, depending on sensitivity

4. Take 1 teaspoon of this solution and dilute it in 8–10 tablespoons of water

   • Children: ½ teaspoon

   • Infants: ¼ teaspoon
