About Senna Homeopathy Dilution
Also known as Cassia Acutifolia
Senna will act as a tonic. It is one of the indicated remedies for infants. It helps to get relieve from abdominal pain when the child seems to be full of wind. It helps for constipation, muscular weakness, and waste of nitrogenous materials. Discharge of blood at night. Helps in cirrhosis of liver.

Tongue : Coated tongue with bad taste in mouth.
Abdomen : Loss of appetite with bloated abdomen.
Stool : Fluid yellowish, with pinching pains before passing stool. Greenish mucus in stool. Burning sensation of rectum, with extra ordinary pain in bladder. Constipation always, with colic and flatulence. Liver enlarged and tender, stools hard and dark.
Urine : Specific gravity of nitrogenous substance increased in urine, excess of oxalic acid and excess of phosphate in urine.
Dosage : Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicine varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age sensitivity and other things, In some cases they are give as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a long period. Is of much use in infantile colics when the child seems to be full of wind. Oxaluria, with excess of urea; increased specific gravity. Where the system is broken down, bowels constipated, muscular weakness, and waste of nitrogenous materials, Senna will act as a tonic. Ebullitions of blood at night. Acetonćmia, prostration, fainting, constipation with colic a flatulence. Liver enlarged and tender.
Stool.--Fluid yellowish, with pinching pains before. Greenish mucus; never-get-done sensation (Merc). Burning in rectum, with strangury of bladder. Constipation, with colic and flatulence. Liver enlarged and tender, stools hard and dark, with loss appetite, coated tongue, bad taste, and weakness.
Urine.--Specific gravity and density increased; hyperazoturia, oxaluria, phosphaturia, and acetonuria.
Relationship.--Compare: Kali carb; Jalapa.
Antidotes: Nux; Cham.
Dose.--Third to sixth potency.
