About Raphanus Sativus Homeopathy Dilution
Also known as Black Garden Radish(Raphanus), Raphanus Niger
It produces pain and stitches in the liver and spleen. It increases the bile and salivary secretion. There is great accumulation and incarceration of flatus. It is indicated in globus hystericus. The kin is greasy and sweaty. It is indicated in hysterical conditions and insomnia. It is the best remedy for post-operative gas pains.
Raphanus Sativus Patient Profile
Head: There is aversion to children especially girls with sadness. The headache is as if the brain feels tender and sore. The lower eyelids are swollen.
Throat: There is a feeling of a hot ball rising from uterus to the throat and stopping there. The throat is hot and burning.
Abdomen: Loss of appetite associated with retching and vomiting. The abdomen is distended, tympanitic and hard. The pain is griping around the navel. The stool is watery, frothy, profuse, and brown with colic. The vomitus contains fecal matter.
Female: The menses is very profuse and long lasting. There is nervous irritation in genitals. It is indicated in nymphomania, with aversion to her own children.
Urine: The urine is turbid with yeast like sediment. The urine is copious and thick like milk.
Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. Raphanus as per Boericke Materia Medica
Produces pain and stitches in liver and spleen. Increases of bile and salivary secretion. Symptoms will not appear if salt is used with the Radish. Great accumulation and incarceration of flatulence. "Globus" symptoms. Seborrhśa, with greasy skin. Pemphigus. Hysteria; chilliness in back and arms. Sexual insomnia (Kali brom). Nymphomania. Post-operative gas pains.
Head-Sadness, aversion to children, especially girls. Headache, brain feels tender and sore. Śdema of lower eyelids. Mucus in posterior nares.
Throat-Hot-ball feeling from uterus to throat, stopping there. Heat and burning in throat.
Stomach-Putrid eructations. Burning in epigastrium, followed by hot eructation.
Abdomen.--Retching and vomiting, loss of appetite. Distended, tympanitic, hard. No flatus emitted upward or downward. Griping about navel. Stool liquid, frothy, profuse, brown, with colic, and pad-like swelling of intestines. Vomiting of fecal matter.
Female-Nervous irritation of genitals. Menses very profuse and long-lasting. Nymphomania, with aversion to her own sex and to children, and sexual insomnia.
