Saxifraga is a homeopathic remedy, also known as Saxifraga granulata,  Pimpinella Alba or Meadow Saxifrage. This remedy is sourced from a perennial herb native to Europe and parts of Asia, known for its distinctive small, white flowers and rosette of basal leaves.

It is a remedy for lumbago and ear affections. The marked symptom of this remedy is chillness even in warm room. It is indicated in tinnitus and headache.
