Also known as Nyctocereus serpentinus, Paghala-malli-Sad Tree
It is indicated in bilious and obstinate remittent fever. It also relieves sciatic pains ans rheumatism. It is given for constipation in children.

Stomach: There is burning sensation which is better by cold application.
Abdomen: Liver region is tender to touch. The stool is profuse with bile and nausea. It is given for constipation
Fever: There Is thirst before and during chill and heat stage and better by vomiting.
