Also known as Nuphar Luteum, Yellow Pond-lily
Nuphar lutea is used in case of nervous weakness, with marked symptoms in the sexual sphere; complete absence of sexual desire; parts relaxed; penis retracted. It is also indicated in case of impotency, with involuntary emissions during stool, when urinating; spermatorrhoea and in case of pain in testicles and penis. Recent studies have shown its role in cancer therapy.
This remedy is indicated in nervous weakness especially in the sexual sphere.
Nuphar Lutea Patient Profile
Male: There is complete absence of sexual desire and the parts are relaxed. The penis is retracted. It is given for impotency with involuntary emissions during stool and urinating. It is indicated in spermatorrhoea. There is pain in testicles and penis.
Stool: It is indicated in the inflammation of intestines producing yellow diarrhea especially in the morning. It is also indicated in typhoid with diarrhea.
Dosage: Please note that the dosage of single homoeopathic medicines varies from drug to drug depending upon the condition, age, sensitivity and other things. In some cases they are given as regular doses as 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day whereas in other cases they are given only once in a week, month or even in a longer period. Dose - Tincture to sixth potency.
