Also known as Natrum Tetraboracicum,  Natrum Tetraboricum, Neem

 It is indicated in chronic diarrhea in which the stools are watery and look like yeast. There is pain in right scapula as if bathed in hot water. It causes much debility. The complaints are worse immediately after eating. The face becomes whitish, waxy except the cheeks.
