About Morbillinum German Homeopathy Dilution

Also known as Morbillinum Nosode, Morbillinum. It is prepared from Measles Nosode 

This remedy is of great importance in symptoms of measles affecting the nose, ears, eyes and skin. It is indicated in the inflammatory conditions of nose and skin. It has been used as a prophylactic against measles infection (anti viral action). It has a great affinity for mucous passages of the respiratory pathway, eyes and ears.

Causes & Symptoms for Morbillinum

Its chief use as a prophylactic against infection, and to clear up after-effects of an attack.

The medicine has a great affinity for the mucous passages, the eyes, the ears and the respiratory mucous membranes.

Catarrh, coryza, ear infection, cough are relieved with help of this medicine.

The fatigue and runny nose, cough is relieved with Morbillinum.

It relieves the aching pain in the neck and back.

Redness of eyes and sensitivity to light is an indication for this remedy in infection.

Increase of body temperature is markedly relieved.

Small white dots in the mouth and on the gums indicates the administration of Morbillinum.

On the skin the fine red spots that become itchy are relieved with Morbillinum.

What doctors recommend Morbillinum for?

Dr Neelkamal Barman recommends it as best medicine for Measles , or measles like symptoms , with fever, ulcer ,ulcer of mouth , Koplik spot, skin rush , respiratory troubles nasal catarrh etc. Also used as an inter current medicine .

Dr Tiwari recommends Morbillinum 200 ( 4 drops once daily) alongwith Gelsemium 30 (2 drops every 2 hours) for measles

Dr K S Gopi says start treatment of measles with Morbillinum 200. He adds “ Morbillinum 200, Malandrinum 200- Another preventives”
