Head: it is indicated in violent congestive and nervous headaches with relieved by epistaxis.

Face: The face is intensely red and often helpful in early stages of insanity in order to relieve brain from congestion and irritation. Face becomes red before hemorrhage from every organ

Nose: There is bleeding from nose preceded by intense redness, flushing of face and throbbing of carotids.

Stool: The stool becomes constipated with constriction in anus. There is fullness in the rectum but difficult to pass stool and painful stool. There is no desire to pass stool until there is large accumulation.

Modalities: complaints aggravated from approach of a storm, rainy and changeable weather.
