Jet lag with body ache: Jetlag can cause daytime fatigue, an unwell feeling, and sleeplessness at night. Sore aching muscles, swollen ankles, headache, and nausea are usually due to flying and not jet lag. These symptoms usually disappear soon after landing, when Jetlag kicks in. Arnica montana 30 is a top remedy for jet lag with symptoms of exhaustion and body aches. Limbs and body ache as if beaten, joints as if sprained. Unable to sleep at night as bed feels too hard or full of lumps. Great prostration, with a tired feeling. Hot head with a cold body. Unable to sleep because of body aches.
