• Mind: Feelings of gloominess and homesickness. Weeping due to a delusion of a friend's death. Fear of going insane. Alternating between sadness and excessive joy.
• Head: Weekly recurrence of headache. Pain on the right side of the head and eye. Nausea and vomiting, especially at 2 p.m., with vomiting of green fluid. Waking up at 5 a.m. due to temple pain and eye itching. Scalp itching and burning with eye-watering.
• Eyes: Itching and burning sensation in both eyes, accompanied by head pain.
• Throat: Burning sensation in the throat, not relieved by cold water, with a continuous desire to swallow.
