Indication- Hematuria- the presence of blood in urine, Pain during urination, Frequent urination. Presence of red blood cells in the urine, pain during urination, and frequent urination.

Composition- Arnica Montana Q, Terebinthina 6, Chininum Sulphuricum 6, Hamamelis Virginica Q, Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris Q

Mode of Action of Individual Ingredients-

• Arnica M.Q: Dark brick-red sediment. Vesical tenesmus with very painful micturition. Bleeding while passing urine.
• Terebinthina 6:  Scanty, suppressed, urine. Constant pain while passing urine.
• Chin Sulph 6: Bloody urine with a small number of phosphates in it. Excessive flow of urine.
• Hamamelis Q: Constant desire to pass urine with bloody discharge.
• Thalaspi B.P. Q:  Frequent desire; urine heavy, Pain while passing urine

Dosage- 10 to 15 drops in 1/4th cup of water 3 times daily.

इस औषधि की प्रकृति शिराओं के रक्तश्राव (Venous Hemorrhage) की है, रक्त का रंग लाल-नीला सा होता है। शिराओं का रक्त नौला तथा बहने में घीमा (Passive) होता है। धमनियों का रंग लाल तथा वेग से बहता है (Active) सभी तरह के रक्तश्राव में यह उत्कृष्ट कार्य करती है। पेशाब करने के बाद ईंट के चूर का सा तल क्षट (Brickdust Sediment) नीचे बैठ जाता है। इस औषधि के प्रयोग से प्राय: कैथीटर की आवश्यकता नहीं रहती दो ऋतु श्रावों के बीच रूधिर आने पर भी (Matrorrhagia) में भी उपयोगी कार्य करती है।
