Indication- Use of this remedy is very beneficial in Heart palpitation, Hard or Rapid heartbeat, Anxiety, Stress, Chest pain, Sweating, Nausea, and Shortness of breath. Heart palpitation, irregular, hard, or rapid heartbeat, anxiety, stress, chest pain or fainting, shortness of breath, sweating, and nausea.

Composition- Ranunculus Bulbosus 6, Aconitum Napellus Q, Nux Vomica Q, Pulsatilla Q, Carbo Vegetabilis 6, Crataegus Oxyacantha Q.

Mode of Action of Individual Ingredients-

•  Ranunculus B 6: Various kinds of pains and soreness, as if bruised in the sternum, ribs, intercostal spaces, and both hypochondria. 
• Aconite N Q: Stitching pain in the chest, Affection of the heart with pain in the Left shoulder, Palpation, anxiety, fainting, and Tingling in fingers.
• Nux V Q:  Sharp, contractive pains in muscles of the chest. Persistent cough.
• Pulsatilla Q: Pain is from, in the middle of the chest.  
• Carbo Veg 6:  Oppression of breathing, sore and raw chest. 
• Crataegus Oxy Q: Pain in the region of the heart and under the left clavicle. Heart muscles seem flabby, and worn out.

Dosage- 10 to 15 drops in 1/4th cup of water 3 times daily.
