Headache, post-surgical pain, lower back pain, neurogenic pain, and psychogenic pain with inflammation are common types of chronic pain where the use of this remedy is helpful in providing relief. 

Composition- Aconitum Napellus Q, Belladonna Q, Kalium Carbonicum 30, Platina 6, Lyssin 30, Opium 30.

Mode of Action of Individual Ingredients- 

1. Aconitum Napellus Q: Shooting pains, Rheumatic inflamation of the joints.
2. Belladonna Q: Shooting & jerking rheumatic pains.
3. Kalium Carbonicum 30: Tearing pain in limbs with swelling.
4. Platina 6: Pains increase and decrease gradually.
5. Lyssin 30: Aching in bones, Boring pain in forehead.
6. Opium 30: Twitching of limbs, Jerks as ifflexors were overacting.

Dosage- 5 to 10 Drops with 1/4 cup of water to be taken orally 3 to 4 times daily or as prescribed by the physician.
