Indication- The remedy helps in providing a quick relief from the symptoms of Pneumonia. Pneumonia is the infection of one or both lungs, leading to inflammation of air sacs which are filled with fluid or pus causing difficulty in breathing. Symptoms include- Cough with phlegm or pus, Fever, Chills, Difficulty in breathing.

Pneumonia is an infection that inflames air sacs in one or both lungs, which may fill with fluid. Viruses that infect your lungs and airways can cause pneumonia. The flu (influenza virus) and the common cold (rhinovirus) are the most common causes of viral pneumonia in adults. Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the most common cause of viral pneumonia in young children.

Chronic interstitial pneumonitis typically occurs in the early stages of sarcoidosis and is localised to the areas affected by granulomas

Composition- Aconitum Napellus Q, Bryonia Alba Q, Antimonium Tartaricum 6, Sulphur 6.

Mode of Action of Individual Ingredients-

• Aconite Q: Cough, dry, short, hacking; worse at night and after midnight. Hot feeling in lungs. Blood comes up with hawking. Tingling in chest after cough. 
• Bryonia Q: Dry, hacking cough from irritation in upper trachea. Cough, dry, at night; must sit up; worse after eating or drinking, with vomiting, with stitches in chest. 
• Antim Tart 6:  Cough, dry, short, hacking; worse at night and after midnight. Hot feeling in lungs. Blood comes up with hawking. Tingling in chest after cough.
• Sulphur 6: Difficult respiration; wants windows open. Loose cough; worse talking, morning, greenish, purulent, sweetish expectoration

Dosage- 10 to 15 drops in 1/4th cup of water 3 times daily.
