Indication- Helpful in symptoms associated with Swelling of the lachrymal duct.Inflammation and ulceration of the edges of eyelids, abnormally abundant flow of corrosive tears, that prevents seeing, especially when exposed to the wind.

Composition- Aconitum Napellus 6, Arsenicum Album 6, Euphrasia Q, Silicea 6, Natrum Muriaticum 6.

Mode of Action of Individual Ingredients- 

• Aconitum Napellus 6: Profuse watering after exposure.
• Arsenicum Album 6: Excoriating lachrymation.
• Euphrasia Q: Acrid lachrymation.
• Silicea 6: Swelling of lachrymal duct.
• Natrum Muriaticum 6: Stricture of the lachrymal duct with suppuration.

Dosage- 5 to 10 Drops with 1/4 cup of water to be taken orally 3 times daily or as prescribed by the physician.

आंखों से किसी रोग के कारण या बिना कारण लगातार आंसू निकलते रहना, यह ठंड से भी हो सकता है या फिर अश्रु ग्रंथियों में सूजन या नासूर के कारण भी हो सकता है। आंख में हवा लगकर बिना कारण भी लगातार आंसू निकलने लगते हैं। यह श्राव लगने वाला या फिर पानी जैसा भी हो सकता है। वैसे तो यह अधिक उम्र वालों को होता है पर किसी को भी हो सकता है। आंख से सिर्फ पानी निकलना, आंख से पानी जाने की पुरानी शिकायत, आंख में नासूर के कारण पानी निकलना यह तीन मख्य कारण हो सकते हैं। पर जो भी हो अश्रु ग्रंथियों का कोई कारण अवश्य होता है।
