Indication- Anti-pyretic or febrifuge (Fever-Killer) is well indicated in
dyspepsia, functional inactivity of the liver, flatulence, anorexia, worm troubles, etc. A remedy for chronic Fever & Kalazar. A sand fillies fever, splenomegaly body ache, epidermal blackness, fever headache with thirst. 

Composition- Andrographis Paniculata Q, Gentiana Chirata Q, Arsenicum Album 6.

Mode of Action of Individual Ingredients-

• Andrographic Paniculata Q: Body heat with headache, aching pain, burning of hand and feet.
• Gentiana Chuciata Q: Febrile shuddering, as from electric shocks, commencing at the back and traversing the posterior part of the body, depression, and tension in the limbs and whole body.
• Arsenicum Album 6x: Pains in the region of the liver and of the spleen, dull shooting headache sharp pains in the limbs

Dosage- 10 to 15 Drops with 1/4th cup water 3 times daily for 1 month.
