Main sphere of action:  Acne, Cancer, Diabetes, fever Tumors

Helpful in cases of obstinate eruptions. History of diabetes is supportive.

Face: Acne with reddish discoloration. Eruptions with violet color on nose; worse in the spring. Acne in young people during puberty.

Dr Kirti Vikram recommends Arsenicum Bromatum Mother Tincture 4 drop in morning for 15 days for pimple treatment. He says this is highly effective and results can be seen within 2 weeks
