Mode of Action of homeopathic  ingredients in Allen A43 pancreas Drops

1. Belladonna: Helps relieve pain in the abdomen with bloating and relieves severe pain in the abdomen before and during stool.
2. Calcarea Arsenicosa: Useful in curing inflammation of liver and spleen with frequent eructations. As per materia medica it is  useful in Pancreatic disease; relieves burning pain in cancer of pancreas.
3. Carbo Animalis: It Helps Weak digestion, Flatulence. 
4. Conium Maculatum: Helps in relieving spasmodic contractions and acidic eructations in stomach.
5. Iodium: It may provide aid in the condition of indigestion with bloated feeling.
