Bico-48 Goitre is indicated for enlargement of thyroid gland, hypothyroidism, specially people living in hills area, compression in neck, stridar and cough, dyspnoea, difficulty in swallowing.
Preparation: HSI Biochemic compounds are made from Tissue remedies. The inorganic substances contained in the blood & tissues suffice to cure all treatable diseases. Made from purest of the pure inorganic chemicals, they are well triaturated with pure lactose (sugar of milk - HMS Holland)
Packing & Presentation: One grain fine, machine made soft white tablets, easily soluble on tongue. Packed in 450 gm and 25 gm plastic containers
