Head: Pain in head and face that extends to the neck. Tearing pain in the scalp made worse by cold and in wet weather. Head feels eels swollen, and blood-vessels feel congested. Aching pain in the left ear.

Throat: Sore throat with weakness of the muscles. Throat feels dry, burnt and swollen. Stitches in the throat extending towards the ear. Acute throat affections.

Stomach: Tongue appears furred. Desire for apples and other fruits with aversion to milk. Burning in the stomach. Constriction in the upper abdomen.
