Mind: The patient feels despondent, sensitive, and easily offended, often showing irritability and low spirits.

Head: Shooting pain from the right temple to the eyes; scalp sensitive to touch. Periosteal pains due to venereal (syphilitic) infection. Moist eruptions on the scalp and face, especially on the upper lip.

Mouth: White blisters on the tongue with increased salivation, metallic taste, fetid breath, and little thirst.

Abdomen: Rumbling with colicky pains accompanied by backache and watery stools. Excessive flatulence and bloating.

Urinary Symptoms: Scanty, slimy, sandy, or bloody urine with intense pain at the close of urination. Urine dribbles while sitting; bladder feels distended and tender. Common in renal colic and stone formation. Infants may cry before and during urination, with sand deposits visible on the diaper.
