Head: Severe pain in the right frontal region, extending to the right ear. Pain worse by stooping and by exercise and made better by cold application; and at 5 p.m. Wakes pain in the forehead over the eyes. Pain from the back of the head going round to the sides. Pain extending inwards.

Stomach: Burning in the stomach as if coals of fire were placed there which is made worse by drinking cold water and by pressure. Pain in the abdomen after eating.

Stool and Anus: Diarrhea, yellow early in the morning after getting up; and in the evening before going to bed.
