- Belladonna 30 is effective in the initial stage of fistula when pus formation takes place. There is fever, throbbing pain and redness of the anus occurs. A small tunnel develops between the end of the bowel and the skin near the opening of the bottom (anus) when the pus drains away
- Hepar sulph 30 is advised when the first stage is over. There is intense pain, the part is very sensitive and tender and the abscess turns into pus. There is raw smarting in the rectum during stools, remaining long afterward.
