Apis Mel 30 - for small pustules with burning, stinging pain. Worse from warmth but better from the cold application. The vesicles may be covered with yellow crusts. Intense itching may also be felt in the vesicles.

Hepar Sulph 200 - fever sore very sensitive to touch, with Burning stinging, and may easily bleed. It is well-indicated to treat fever blisters that are highly painful and sensitive to touch. A heated sensation is also felt in the corners of the mouth. In cases requiring Hepar Sulph, initially, a red spot with itching appears under the lower lip where blisters form afterward. A herpes rash starts as red bumps progresses to blisters that may rupture and crust over, and can last a week or more. It is usually painful and itchy.

Natrum Mur 200 - Large blister on the lower lip, which is swollen and burns. Dr. Vikas says it is a leading medicine for managing cases of cold sores.
