This remedy has been found of use in epilepsy with rush of blood to the head before attack; aura felt in the region of heart; flying sensation. Complaints in fat women around climacteric.Chronic malaria. Infantile enlarged liver and spleen. Nephritis, with great sensitiveness in kidney region.

This remedy is indicated for convulsions in children with rush of blood to the head and for aura felt in the chest. Inflammation of spleen, liver, pancreas and kidneys and glandular affections. Dyspnea and palpitation with weak heart.

This medicine is also considered for fleshy women at menopause, slightest emotion causing palpitation (rapid and strong heartbeat). Shortness of breath with feeble heart, chilliness, albuminuria, dropsy have shown great results with calcarea arsenicosa.
