As per Dr. K S Gopi, Bacillinum is the head remedy for ringworm treatment. Glands enlarged and tender. He says to start treatment with this remedy. No other medicine for 24 hours. It should be repeated only once in a week. If there is no improvement in two or three weeks, consider other remedies. Dr. Kirti Vikram recommends Bacillinum 200 as the best homeopathic medicine for fungal infection ringworm or tinea corporis. Dose - Bacillinum 200 2 drop in the morning every Sunday and Wednesday
