Allen's Hoopex Syrup is a homeopathic formulation available in the form of syrup. The formulation is indicated to be used for the treatment of cough, congestion and dysponea.

Ingredients of Allens Hoopex Syrup:
- Justicia ad: It is helpful in relieving dry cough from the sternal region extending all over the chest. It is used as a treatment of issues related to the respiratory system. It treats conditions of excessive cough and improves breathing in patients affected by coryza and dyspnoea.
- Aralia racemosa 12: Aralia Racemosa is a well-indicated treatment for hay fever with frequent sneezing. It is also indicated for dry cough coming after the first part of sleep. Cough is more on lying down with drenching sweat during sleep.
- Drosera rot 6: Drosera is indicated for joint pains and inflammation. Gastric irritation and glandular infections are also well treated using this remedy.
- Belladonna 1x: Belladonna (Atropa belladonna) is an herb in the nightshade family that is used in homeopathy and other alternative medicine traditions as a remedy for asthma, sciatica, hemorrhoids, and pain.
- Ipecacuanha 1x: Ipecac has been used traditionally for the symptomatic relief of persistent nausea and vomiting, morning sickness, travel sickness, gastric upset, and spasmodic coughing with nausea and vomiting.
