About Mercurius Sulphuricus Dilution 

Also known as Turpethum Minerale--Yellow Sulphate of Mercury(Mercurius Sulphuricus - Hydrarg. OXYD. Sub-Sulph.), Hydrargyrum Sulphuricum Basicum, Turpethum Minerale

It is an effective drug for watery stools, burning in chest and anus, scanty, clear urine, cardiac pain and weakness, shortness in the breath, sneezing from direct rays of the sun, stool coming out in a hot stream of yellow matter and intense evacuations, swelling of the legs and sore tip of the tongue.

Mercurius Sulphuricus as per Boeric Materia Medica  

Watery stools, burning in anus. Sore tip of tongue. Śdema of legs. Sneezing from direct rays of sun. Diarrhśa early in the morning; stool bursts out in a hot stream of yellow matter. Intense evacuations, like rice-water. Scanty, clear, scalding urine. Intense dyspnśa; must sit up. Respiration rapid, short; burning in chest. Hydrothorax (Ars). Cardiac pain and weakness.
