Mode of action of individual ingredients in Dr Raj Spondicare Tablets 

• Rhus Toxicodendron 3x: Indicated for attacks of pain which become worse during winter, rain and dampness. Restlessness, pain and stiffness are worse while at rest. Backache.
• Arnica montana 3x: An excellent remedy to be considered for external application in many kinds of pain, especially sprains and strains with sore, lame and bruised feeling.
• Bryonia Alba 3x: Indicated for joints which are swollen, hot and red. Pains are tearing and worse by rubbing.
• Calcarea Fluorica 3x: Calc fluor is referred to as the elasticity mineral. It is present in the cells of the enamel of the teeth, bone, and in the fibers of the skin. It is generally indicated for relaxed muscle tissues in the body.
