About Cimicifuga Homeopathic Medicatd Pills
Also known as Actaea Racemosa
Cimicifuga racemosa (Black Snake-root) has a marked effect on cerebrospinal, muscular system, uterus, and ovaries. Useful in conditions of rheumatic pains, ovarian irritation, uterine cramps, and migraine.
Cimicifuga racemosa (or Black cohosh) is a plant commonly used in herbal medicine for the relief of menopausal symptoms. It has a long history of use in the treatment of arthritis and muscle pain. This plant contains fukinolic acid, a compound that has estrogen-like properties. Its proponents suggest this may be beneficial to women as they experience age-related declines in estrogen levels
It is also touted by some as a natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy. It is used as a natural remedy for a number of menopause-related symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, disturbances in mood, and vaginal dryness.
The root is alterative, antidote, antirheumatic, antispasmodic, astringent, cardiotonic, diaphoretic, diuretic, emmenagogue, expectorant, hypnotic, sedative, tonic and vasodilator. The German Commission E Monographs, a therapeutic guide to herbal medicine, approves Cimicifuga racemosa (Actaea racemosa) for climacteric (menopause) complaints, Premenstrual syndrome

- Why Glass containers for Homeopathy Medicine?: Plastic containers are reactive and leach into the substances stored in them. Due to this property of plastics, the U.S. F.D.A. had classified plastics as “Indirect Additives” i.e., though they are not directly added to the substance stored in them, they definitely seep into the contained substances. Also, homeopathy tinctures use alcohol which is a good solvent. When plastics are exposed to medicines, the alcohol is bound to dissolve some of the numerous chemicals in the plastic, and that in turn is bound to distort the structure and action of the active ingredients present in our medicines. There is no such problem with the Glass container and hence recommended.
Adult and children 2 years of age and older: Dissolve 4 pills under the tongue 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a physician.
