Kalium muriaticum is the homoeopathic medicine prepared from the salt potassium chloride which is an essential component in muscles, nerves, blood and brain cells.

This remedy is commonly used in the treatment of nerve degeneration and brain complaints.it also aid in the process of convalescence and build one’s own strength. It is indicated in the healing of gums in the case of gingivitis and periodontitis. It is also a good remedy for cold, catarrh and croup. The head is congested. It helps in digestion of fatty and rich foods.

Helpful in cases of respiratory troubles when the lymphatic system gets involved too. Guiding symptoms include thick white discharges and a white or grey coating at the base of the tongue.

Nose: White phlegm with thick consistency. Thick crusts in the mouth covering it entirely. Nosebleed.

Throat: Tonsils enlarged, impeding breathing. Redness and pain in the throat. Gray patches in the throat with adherent crust formation. Pain extending to the ear.
