The complaints stated 3 yrs back as hair become grey in sides of head and gradually spreads to other parts of head, it was around 20% at the time of consultation. Patient is a sports personality. Constant stress was there during his higher studies in sports. Patient has anxiety about his future since he is a very ambitious. He is sensitive to trifles, thinks much about things. He is an introvert, anxious, hurry in speaking once he started to speak. Patient is chilly, thirsty, likes fresh cold juice, aversion to sweets.
Diagnosis: Canities (premature grey hair).
Case totality: premature grey hair associated with anxiety and worry, introvert, chilly patient, thirsty, likes fresh cold juice. Probable medicines are Phosphoric acid, Argentum nit, Lycopodium, Thuja,, Silicea.
Treatment Rx: Phosphoric acid 1M tried for 1 month. Improvement was not significant. Then Phosphoric acid tried in 0/3 for 1 month, after that there was some change.
