Mode of Action of homeopathic ingredients of Allen A80 vertigo drops:

1. Conium Maculatum: Vertigo when lying down, when turning over in bed, when turning head sideways, or turning eyes. Worse shaking head, slight noise, or conversation of others. Conium is usually suitable for elderly people who experience vertigo. The motion of head sideways worsens the condition. The person feels as if he is moving around in a circle. Vertigo may also get aggravated from motion in bed.
2. Iodium: Vertigo, worse from stooping, worse in a warm room.
3. Ferrum Metallicum: Vertigo on seeing flowing water.
4. Cocculus Indicus: Vertigo, as if intoxicated upon rising in bed or by the motion of the carriage. True vertigo, the world seems to spin. Must lie down from the severity of the vertigo. 

   Cocculus Indicus is effective for vertigo  when the Vertigo is accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Vertigo accompanied by nausea during travelling can be very effectively treated with this  medicine.

5. Rhus Toxicodendron: Vertigo - when standing or walking, worse when lying down.
6. Aesculus Hippocastanum: Vertigo when sitting and walking.
