Abdomen: Tenderness on left side of abdomen. Pain in abdomen with diarrhea. Diarrhea of an acrid nature. Stool of a soft nature and of light brown color. Evacuations of blood along with stool. 

Urine: White deposits in urine. Burning during urination.
