Checking Your Delivery

Please check the package before accepting delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the package and immediately contact our support team at 09686858499, 0831-3555300 (10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday, except national holidays). Should you accept delivery and then find the package damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return, reach out to our customer care at cs@homeomart.com or call/WhatsApp at 09686858499. We may request images of the damaged product. Returns should be in the original packaging with all tags and invoices. We'll guide you through the process, and you may be eligible for a pick-up service in India.

International Deliveries

International orders are payable in US dollars, and we take extra care in packaging and documentation. You'll receive dispatch details within 3-5 days of placing an order. Please note that customs procedures are beyond our control, and in case of any hold-up, coordination with local authorities will be necessary. We assist with all export-related documentation and follow up in case of delays. However, customs levies and any additional documentation, if required, are the responsibility of the customer.

Rejects and Damage Claims

We aim for your parcel to arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of transit damage, we will work towards a satisfactory resolution. Please note that in cases of customs rejection, no claim or refund will be entertained.

Turnaround Time (TAT)

The delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs procedures or peak season backlogs. The responsibility for additional formalities in certain countries lies with the customer.

Refund Policy

For cancellations after shipment, refunds are processed after the return of goods in their original condition, minus shipping and platform charges. Shipping rates are based on location and weight.  Shipping Charges for Various Regions in India are as follows. 

Standard Shipping Charges or Prepaid orders:

- Rs 70/- for standard shipping order value upto Rs.499  only for India (A) zone
-Shipping for orders above Rs.500  to Rs.3000 for India (A) zone areas
