• Vitamin D : An essential nutrient which helps in absorption of calcium in the body that helps to strengthen the bones in the body. Deficiency of vitamin D leads to rickets or bone related problems. Vitamin D deficiency can cause symptoms of bones like Bone pains, Bone loss leading to hyperparathyroidism, tendency to fractures and many other conditions.
• Calcium: calcium is useful in develotpment of bones and also maintenance of the bone to keep it strong.
• Zinc: It is useful in muscular pains and maintenance of body strength.
