Ipecacuanha is also known as Cephaelis, Uragoga. This medicine, derived from the dried root of the plant Cephaelis Ipecacuanha, known as Psychotria Ipecacuanha, acts as an effective Antiprotozoal, Antispasmodic, Diaphoretic, Emetic, Expectorant, and Stimulant. It utilizes the root and rhizome and is referred to as "Ant Mool Ki Jad" or "Ipikakvana Ki Jad" in Hindi.
