• Egg allergy (Carbo Veg 30+Nux Vomica 30+Sulphur200): Here the body immune system mistakenly identifies certain egg proteins as harmful. Carbo Veg and Nux Vomica are prescribed for egg allergy where gastric symptoms predominate. Carbo Veg is prescribed when loose offensive stool, gas in stomach, nausea and vomiting follow eating of eggs. If this is accompanied by pain in abdomen, then Nux Vomica is ideal. When the gastric symptoms are accompanied by skin complaints like itching and burning sensation after eating eggs,then Sulphur is effective
• Shell fish Allergy (Urtica Urens 3X): Urtica urens is the best remedy for Shell fish allergy. This medicine is the best remedy when sudden hives with violent itching and burning follow eating shell fish. This  medicine has an excellent power to control such symptoms. The complaints get worse by water, touch, air, rising up and disappear after lying down.
• Fish allergy : Fluoric acid 30+Kali Sulph 30. Symptoms of fish allergy are Hives or a skin rash, Nausea, stomach cramps, indigestion, vomiting and/or diarrhoea, Stuffy or runny nose and/or sneezing, Headaches.
• Honey allergy:  Natrum Carb 30+Phosphorus 30: The gland secretions and wax of bees in honey are potential allergenic food. The main allergens in the honey that trigger an allergic reaction are pollen and glandular proteins that the bees produce. Honey can cause runny nose, sneezing, swelling, watery eyes, itchy throat.

• Coffee allergy: Nux Vomica 30. Allergy to coffee is rare but not very uncommon. Reactions, whether they are from allergy or intolerance, can come from compounds in the coffee or to the caffeine itself. Symptoms can be reduced skin colour, difficulty swallowing, headache.
• Sugar Intolerance. Saccharum Off 30. True allergy to sugar does not exist, but sugar intolerances do. Sugar intolerance often follow a pattern whereby the person may feel nausea or cramps first, followed by gas and bloating as the sugar passes through the digestive system.
• Melon Allergy. Zingiber Officinalis30. Allergy is triggered when you have a pollen allergy that cross-reacts with specific proteins in some fruits and vegetables, including watermelon. Symptoms are immediate and localized and include itching and tingling in the mouth and throat

Mode of action of homeopathic Food allergy emergency remedies 

1. Pulsatilla 30c- Pulsatilla is used for painful conditions of the gastrointestinal (GI), and disorders of the urinary tract. Doctor Pranjali indicates Pulsatilla for juice and milk allergy. Pulsatilla is used when milk or any milk product leads to an allergic reaction. The symptoms that call for the use of Pulsatilla are loose stools, nausea, vomiting, gas and acidity after taking milk or milk products. There’s a complete absence of thirst too.
2. Psorinum 200c- Dr.Pranjali indicates Psorinum for wheat allergy. Wheat allergy occurs when your body produces antibodies to proteins found in wheat.
   The person may develop wheat allergy symptoms like: Swelling, itching or irritation of the mouth or throat. Hives, itchy rash or swelling of the skin. Nasal congestion. It is one of the most common childhood food allergies, but it may affect adults as well. The patient needs to take out  wheat from the daily diet until the life force is sufficiently awakened to deal with the non assimilation of gluten.
3. Lachesis 200C- Doctor Pranjali recommends Lachesis 200 for sour food allergy. This medicine is indicated for allergy to citrus, vinegar, pickles, and sour acid foods. Some people are sensitive to citrus because it contains proteins similar to those in airborne pollens. Symptoms include: intense tingling and itching of the lips, tongue, and throat. reddening and mild swelling of the lips and gums. Symptoms: Pain worse from drinking liquids, Sore throat worse in the morning,throat sensitive to touch, clothing around the neck causes discomfort or choking sensation, Person feels worse in general from warmth.
4. Thuja occidentalis 30C- Doctor Pranjali recommends Thuja Occ 30 for Onion allergy. Lipid transfer protein, profilin, Alliin lyase are the main allergens characterized for onion. People who are allergic to garlic can also react to onions, shallots, leeks, asparagus and chives. Symptoms of onion allergy include: hives or a rash anywhere on the body. tingling or itching in the mouth. swelling of the lips, face, tongue, or throat.The patient may develop symptoms like coryza and ophthalmia due to this allergy.
5. Tellurium metallicum 30C - Doctor Pranjali recommends Tellurium 30, Ignatia, Kali nitricum, Pulsatilla, Sulphur. Tellurium is a top remedy for allergies from Rice. Since rice is a member of the grass family, the plant may cause pollen related allergic rhinitis (aka hay fever)
6. Natrum carbonicum 30C: a person who needs this remedy also tends to be sensitive to weather changes and allergic to many foods, especially milk. Indigestion, heartburn, and ulcers can occur if offending foods are eaten. Milk or dairy products can lead to flatulence or sputtery diarrhea that leaves an empty feeling in the stomach. Milk allergy is a common food allergy among children. 
7. Petroleum 200C- Doctor Pranjali recommends Petroleum for cabbage allergy.

   Bra o 3 is an allergen in Brassica oleracea that causes this.

Dosage as recommended by doctor

• Take 2 drops of pulsatilla nigricans in morning and evening for a period of 1 month.   .
• Take 2 drops of psorinum in morning directly on tongue only once a day and repeat it weekly.
• Take 2 drops of Lachesis in morning for 3 days only once a day, then stop taking the drops take again after 15 days for 3 days and repeat it 3 , 4 weeks. 
• Take 2 drops of Thuja occidentalis directly on tongue 3 times a day for a period of 1 month.
• Take 2 drops of Tellurium metallicum 30 directly on tongue thrice a day for a period of 1 month.
• Take 2 drops of Natrum carbonicum directly on tongue in morning , afternoon and evening thrice a day for a 1 month.
• Take 3-5 drops of petroleum in 1 teaspoon of water three times a day or as directed by the physician.

• Bread, acidic food allergy: Natrum muriaticum 200, one dose early in the morning on empty stomach weekly for three weeks. An intolerance toward citric acid or other acidic food is a malfunction of the digestive tract.
• Butter allergy: Pulsatilla nigricans 200 in the same as given above.  Even though butter contains negligible protein, even trace amounts can cause a reaction. This means it should not be considered safe for people with a milk protein allergy
• Beer allergy: Kalium bichromicum 200 in the same manner as given above.  Sensitivity to sorghum or sorghum malt was the most common cause of beer allergy. Some patients also reacted to barley, hops, or yeast
• Food allergy Antidote medicine: Sulphur 200, one dose on empty stomach in morning in the same manner as given above.
• Pastry, ice cream, mixed variety food allergy: Pulsatilla nigricans 200 in the same manner as above.  Ice cream and other frozen desserts may contain peanuts or tree nuts or almonds, pistachios or peanuts and the allergen source is peanuts or tree nuts.  Whereas  numerous baked items contains a very common allergen – wheat.
• Lemons allergy: Selenium metallicum 200 in the same manner as above.
• Potatoes allergy: Alumina 200, in the same manner as above. Both raw and cooked potatoes has proteins, alkaloids, and other substances in them which is percieved as potentially dangerous invaders by the immune system triggering a reaction
