• Baryta carb30, 1 drop in morning directly on tongue on empty stomach. Child speaks very less, only a few words in a while, saliva flows from edge of mouth when he speaks. Child tends to catch cold easily, suffers tonsillitis. Also useful in autism says Dr.
• Lycopodium 30, 1 drop at night. Child is fearful and loses his ability to speak due to fright and being overwhelmed by circumstances. Memory is weak and fails in normal cognitive ability of the child due to which the child struggles to communicate. 
• Calcarea carb 30, 1 drop in afternoon. Child tends to be obese, mentally weak, struggles to understand and speak. The child finds difficulty in recollecting words and hesitates to speak.
• Kali phos 6X,  3 tab 3 times a day. Biochemic is considered a brain tonic that helps in delayed speech. It aids in brain development and aids in delayed speech issues says Dr.
• Stramonium30, 2 drop in morning every Sunday. Dr. says this is a very effective medicine for delayed speech. Here the child understands and tries to communicate but fails to do so. When child speaks it is garbled and incomprehensible.

• Calcarea Carb (6c -200c); the child suffers delayed development in walking and talking, Dr says this type of child catches up on these activities in 15-18 months instead if 12-13 months. Such children lag in reaching milestones in playing, learning, speaking, behaving and moving. The child tends to be fair complexioned, extended belly, tends to sweat and has constipation
• Natrum Mur (6c -200c); the child suffers laboured speech (find difffculty in recalling and speaking) and is irritable. Such children have trouble speaking, their words are slow or garbled, or words run together (Dysarthria)
• Calcarea Phos (6c -200c); the child suffers soft bone development, twists his ankle while walking, has delayed teething issues and has calcium deficiency in general. Dr. says this is a good medicine for development delays in children. Hypocalcemia can affect the brain and cause neurologic or psychologic symptoms and stunted development
• Baryta Carb (6c -200c); for mental and physical retardation, child suffers low IQ, has behaviour of 3-4 year old though actual age is double of that, suffers infection of throat on regular basis. Suited for children who are slower to develop physical, emotional, social, communication and thinking skills than expected
• Tuberculinum (6c -200c); for child that often mis-spells and stuggles with speech, is prone to falling sick with seasonal weather changes (low immunity), has a family history of tuberculosis
